Job Functions
? Handle customer service daily tasks in a professional and efficient way with the aim of obtaining a smooth flow to the benefit of both company and customers. The daily tasks are including lead time check, stock enquiry, sales order processing, online order, delivery, customer complaint, sales reporting, etc.
? Lead customer service-related training to sales teams to create an effective communication channel.
? Find weak areas or pain points in daily work and coordinate to reach continuous improvement process.
? Review and update SOP in the scope of sales order management.
? Attend cross function projects with the goods knowledge of customer service.
Qualification and Experience
? Over 5 years working experience in industrial field, preferred in direct customer business.
? Good at SAP SD.
? Preferred to be familiar with call centre system, CRM and online ordering system.
Skills and Personal Attributes
? Good skills in communication, presentation, coordinating, coaching and initiating.
? Solid problem-solver.
? Customer orientated.
? Change mind-set.
? Positive and proactive working attitude.
