职位描述：
Accurate, timely and efficient VAT compliance
? Coordinate with third-party firm for monthly VAT reporting
? Gradually insource VAT tax compliance work for Shanghai area
? Manage Fapiao issuance compliance for intercompany transaction, consignment models
? Ensure VAT record maintenance and general ledger integrity for input VAT
? Review reconciliation of VAT accounts including input and output VAT to required filing and payment
? Review third-party firm's monthly VAT reporting documents and results and provide call outs to the tax leadership team
? Improve the VAT filing and accounting process by increase efficiency
? Effectively partner with other functions and businesses including Legal, Finance, Treasury, Store Construction, Logistic, and Technology team to provide guidance to correctly obtain VAT invoices from local customers and VAT withholding for cross border settlements.
? Monitor VAT changes and updates and provide timely guidance to the finance and tax leadership team
? Support in providing day to day advise to the business on VAT issues
? Coordinate tax registrations for new branches
Accurate, timely and efficient Income tax compliance
? Work with Finance team / Treasury to ensure withholding tax is paid appropriately for cross border transactions
? Coordinate with service providers for timing filing of estimated payments, tax returns (, quarterly, annual) and supporting processes (fixed assets, related party transaction reporting)
? Prepare branch apportionment and related party transaction schedule
? Maintain and track tax compliance calendars and filing records for all Greater China entities
? Ensure document maintenance and appropriate accounting record
Interact with tax bureaus
? Maintain coordinal relationship with local tax bureaus and be contact point with tax in charge officers for routine issues
? Ensure sufficient fapiaos amount for head offices and stores as needed by business
? Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other documents as requested by the bureaus

Job Requirements
? 3-5 years of tax compliance experience with a large multinational corporation or big 4 firms
? Good command of English, both oral and written
? Good PC skills, especially EXCEL
? CPA or CTA qualification is a plus
? Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
