Title: Training Coordinator 人事培训（优秀应届生可留用）

Description:
Faurecia University Asia is looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to be based at Shanghai.

The role of a Training & Development coordinator is to ensure that employees have the skills and competencies to perform their job duties. The main missions of the role are to:

- Organize and follow training programs based on the training plan.
- Evaluate training programs and implement follow-up activities for enhancing training qualification.
- Manage training payment and recipet process.
- Support training operation task, including logsitics arrangement, training bond management, and etc.
- Maintain training database and compile training reports monthly.
- Act as the main contacts of external suppliers and ensure that the service provided meets organization needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 1-3 years in the HR function with experience in Training and Development.
- Self-motivated, accountable and detail-orientated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and good at dealling with people.
