Deloitte Forensic has, for many years, been helping organizations deal with issues such as fraud, corruption and bribery, in both proactive and reactive situations. Description:

As a Manager/Associate Director, you will

• Lead the team while conducting forensic enquiries and litigation support engagements

• Plan the scope of work, monitor, supervise and review work from staff on Forensic & Dispute Services engagements

• Draft reports of findings for partner review and for clients in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and quality/performance standards, within the team

• Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation and attending business development events

• Manage and supervise senior and junior staff in day to day work

• Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates

• Contribute to the management of the Forensic practice, through an active involvement in practice development activities

• Maintain a professional image both within and outside of the firm

Qualification:

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Law or related disciplines

• Certification of CICPA, HKICPA, CFE or relevant qualification is preferred

• For Manager, 5 years' of relevant experience in forensic/law field including work of an investigative nature or internal audit with exposure to fraud enquires

• For Associate Director, 8 years' of relevant experience in forensic/law field including work of an investigative nature or internal audit with exposure to fraud enquires

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical, interview and proposal preparation skills

• A clear business sense with good communication skills, a team player and the willingness to work under pressure, as well as the commitment to deliver a quality client service

• Able to handle multiple projects at the same time with competing deadlines

• Ability to process, summarise and provide logical solutions from large quantities of data/information received

• Mindful of matters around them and maintain a high level of skepticism

• Established practice, client base or market eminence in a key industry or service area

• Demonstrate technical excellence, in order to manage and execute complex forensic projects, such as accounting and fraud investigations, regulatory enquiries and complex business litigation matters

Mature, proactive and committed

• Excellent leadership, project management, business development and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to occasionally travel at short notice and may be last for certain period of time.
