职位描述

- 负责控制咨询项目交付成果的准确性和质量

- 担任主管专家或者小组领导者，确保按照时间安排和预算要求向客户提供咨询服务

- 制定工作范围，监督，管理和审查员工在金融服务活动中的相关工作

- 撰写供合伙人审查的报告以及供客户及时了解项目进展的报告

- 确保团队工作合规和符合德勤的政策，质量或业绩标准

- 参与投标等各项活动，包括撰写标书

- 辅导新进员工，向同一级别上的其他同事提供工作程序和工作方法方面的建议

- 负责团队的管理，培训，综合评价和对下级的建议

Qualification:

职位要求

- 13年以上SI相关领域咨询与大型信息化系统实施经验

- 熟悉系统集成，定制化开发等技术框架，且具有方案编写能力，和优秀的方案讲解能力

- 有着丰富的销售机会跟踪与竞标经验，直接参与负责超过5个以上千万人民币以上的系统集成项目的销售与管理

- 具有包括MNC，SOE以及PE客户的管理经验和客户关系建立与维护能力，至少两种类型客户

- 良好的团队合作和沟通技巧，抗压能力强，能接受高强度高频率出差

- 良好的英语读写能力

- 熟悉生命科学与医疗健康，汽车，金融保险，零售快消，通信等行业中至少两个

- 有大数据，区块链，数字化，数据分析等新兴领域业务经验者优先
