Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.
Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.

要求:
- 具有0-2年技术支持相关工作经验
- 具有良好的客户服务意识
- 拥有良好的人际关系,沟通和聆听能力
- 具有良好的问题分析和解决能力

- 能自我学习,在高强度压力下独立工作并愿意在非工作时间工作
- 有对服务器机房管理,电话系统支持经验者优先。
- 对微软Office办公软件熟练者优先
- 熟悉灾难恢复计划和IT安全管理者优先
- 具有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
Job Title: IT Technical Support Engineer
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Provide front-line remote telephone or on-site support for internal staff
- Provide application and hardware support
- Provide functional support on enterprise applications, mobility applications and smart office applications, etc.
- Work with Firmwide GTS team to manage local IT operations to ensure the IT systems are operating reliably;
- Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT Service to firmwide staff
- Participate in project coordination, documentation and reporting
- Understand and help implement IT security and business continuity plans in conjunction with the business.
- Ideal opportunity for a candidate eager to pursue an IT career
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above with 0-2 year(s) working experience in customer services industries
- Excellent understanding of customer services and strong sense of customer focus
- Team player with excellent inter-personal, communication and listening skills
- Good problem analysis and solving ability
- Follow the trend of IT technology development, willing to accept new transaction
- Self-starter who is able to work independently, under pressure and willing to work outside office hours
- Experience in managing a server room and its accompanying servers, network equipment and phone systems are preferred.
- Microsoft Office Tools experience or good skill are preferred.
- A good understanding of business continuity and IT Security would be beneficial.
- The candidate should have good English in both verbal and written communication.
