? Experienced in leading a middle sized production department (20-100) in a foreign invested company/有中小型外资企业生产部门的管理经验
? Strong leadership abilities/出色的领导能力
? Experienced in automated production with shift system/有倒班制度的自动化生产经验
? Strong knowledge in quality assurance/有丰富的质保经验
? Knowledge of human nature/人性化管理
? Empathy/用心的
? Experienced in production documentation and reports有生产文件管理和报表方面的经验
? Independent working/独立完成工作
? Good English/良好的英语

职责范围：
? Leading four production teams of 32 operators in total.领导有32人的生产队伍
? Supervise the production regarding quality, quantity and yield of products.管理产品的质量，产量
? Reach the agreed production targets.完成制定的生产目标
? Coordinate the cooperation with other operation departments.和其他部门保持良好的协作关系。
? Encourage and motivate operators and team leader.鼓励员工和班组长
? Build strong teams with independently acting members.构建一个能独立出色完成工作的团队
? Analyze and summarize daily reports/分析总结每日报表
? Issue the monthly production report./完成每月的生产报表
? Prepare training plan and provide training/准备/提供生产培训
? Define detailed work instruction for each position/为每个岗位做详细的岗位说明
? Ensure safety and discipline/保证生产安全和生产纪律

Major/专业：engineering, or similar/机械或相关专业

Minimum working experience/最低工作年限：8年
