职位描述：
Job Summary:

Responsible for driving management assurance reviews, operation reviews with the objective to ensure (a) there is a robust internal control environment across various business units of the organization (b) perform operational and analytical reviews to identify areas of cost optimization and enhance process efficiencies (c) participate in re-engineering of business processes to align with changing business dynamics

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Participate / lead development and implementation of a risk based audit strategy, risk management initiatives
2. Individual and collective ownership of end to end execution of the annual audit plan
3. Driving continuous improvement and implementation of leading practices in Internal Audit and Risk management
4. Manage cross- sectional stake-holder's expectations, and work collaboratively to ensure fulfillment of audit plan
5. Demonstrate thought leadership in designing most efficient processes and practices
6. Internal and external benchmarking of functional and business processes to drive best in class environment.

Role Demands
1. Strong Business acumen, process orientation, self-starter and result oriented
2. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, navigate through unstructured environment
3. High integrity & work ethics, presentability and agility
4. Excellent communications skills, ability to influence and convince - languages - Chinese and English.
5. Flexible to undertake travels as needed
6. At-least 5 years exp. in Statutory Audit/Internal Audit/ Risk management.
