职位描述：

Responsibility:
1.Develop demand rolling forecast in 12M, through forecast model tool;

2.Work with sales/marketing team for new product launch schedule or phase out plan and make everything smooth;

3.Closely monitor the sales status and adjust the forecast at a weekly basis;

4.Improve the results of the KPIs that are monitoring the accuracy of the forecast;
5.Work with supply planning team to manage BU total inventory, identify the risk inventory and action plan follow up;
6.Continuous improvement on demand planning process to support business growth.

Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor’s degree of SCM (Supply Chain management) and Logistics Management;

2.Minimum of 3 years working experience on demand planning;

3.Good MS skills in use of word, excel and good knowledge of SAP;

4.Sensitive for data and good analyzing skill;
5.Strong communication skill;

6.Fluency in written and spoken English;

7.A good team player and ownership spirit;

8.Willing to accept challenges.
