职位描述：
Key accountabilities:
1. Conduct recruiting activities according to planning and make sure the recruitment process are fully implemented and followed;
2. Fully use the channels and resources like job boards, campus recruitment, websites and other media tools;
3. Be responsible for candidates sourcing, screening, phone interviews, recommending qualified candidates for further interviews and hiring manager interview arrangement;
4. Make sure all the valuable information are properly filled and make weekly report to the supervisor in time;
5. Ensure smooth working relationship & cooperation with all related parties; Lead/assist to develop HR project to increase individual team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biology or relevant education background.
2. 5 years HR working experience，Minimum 4+ working experience in recruiting
3. Good commanded in both oral and written English.
4. Skilled in Microsoft Office
5. Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment. Rigorous style and a real sense of total commitment and honor to the job.
