Responsibilities:
？ 1. Collaborate with business to translate goals and objectives into projects and understand business drivers and changes in priorities.
？ 2. Manage key projects(Global roll out and Asia level) as IT project Manager, manage business requirement gathering and analysis, participate to business process design and system solution workshops to offer proper solution to answer the business requirements
？ 3. Assist in developing business benefits for proposed solution in conjunction with vendors and follow the service vendor performance to challenge the technical solution and guarantee the SLA is strictly followed
？ 4. Manage project communications with Corporate & South East Asia team and report project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
？ 1 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required.
？ 2 Fluent with business level English both orally and written
？ 3 Over 10 years IT working experience in Retail or FMCG is required.
？ 4 Solid project management skills, effectively managing an aggregate of small and large projects in a cross-functional environment.
？ 5 Proven record of high performance in problem solving, collaborating, planning/priority settings, timely decision making, perseverance, and a drive for results.
？ 6 Ability to communicate and engage with stakeholder
？ 7 Team management experience is a plus
