Mission of Function:
- Achieve the IA&DT&BT product sales target in the specified Metal Branch in Jiangsu/Shanghai, establish and keep good end user relationship and sales sense.

Contacts (internal /external) :
- Internal: Report to Metal Hub1 RE team leader which's located in Shanghai, cooperate with BU/BA/PP and region colleagues, good communication with BU and other business groups.
- External: all relevant employee in the customer organization, especially, be familar with metal plant electrical project and equipment product. technical with DI background will be better.

Task:
- Fulfill the individual sales target.

- Focus on market information and explore new customer resource and new branch.Promote respective IA&DT products,systems and solution in branch application.Fill in or update all customer information in the SPV system completely.

- Follow up IA&DT strategies.Visit customers regularly and establish good and long-term relationship.

- Implement the strategy and price policy of product BU.

- Hold new product technical training,roadshow, seminar etc. for customer.Responsible for the personal budget fulfillment and customer project forecast list.

- Collect all available market data and report to TL/SM.Other related tasks which was assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge:
- Good oral English and communication skill. Good MS-office or other software application skill.

- Familiar with metal plant electrical project and equipment (e.g cold/hot rolling mill, bar mill, process line). - Good work experience or background of industry metal branch.

- Good technical knowledge of automation and drive product(e.g PLC, VSD, Low-voltage switch).

Experlence:
- 5+ years industry automation or related branch working experience, with metal DI/EPC/ equipment plant working background is better, familiar with metal branch application sample and main competitor like ABB,Schnider,AB,TIMEC

- Bachelor Degree or above
