岗位职责:
? Manage order change, cancel and expedition in a timely manner
? Identify right source for AP critical orders to get order closed ASAP
? Track parts delivery and ETD, pull in shipment schedule based on lead time and urgency
? Monitor supply performance and status, drives for stable supply from all sources
? Coordinates with WW team on pertinent supply issues and standardize order fulfillment process
? Responsible for order related data input, analysis and integrity
? Works with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
? Supports management to address all aspects of parts/project management
? Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities
任职要求:
? Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations
? 3~5 years working experience on planning & order management role
? Familiar with ERP logic, excel or SQL.
? Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing.
? Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking
? Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
? Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
? Experience in order management or Service Parts industry is preferable
