Mission
- Responsible for the Metro End user Customers/EPCs/DIs located in Shanghai, Maintenance End user customer relationship, selling the Automation/Power distribution products/solution in the branches, increasing the market transparency, fulfill the sales target.

Contacts
- Internal: Line managers, TA, commercial, controlling, Product BU,
- External: customers, PaB, Distributors

Tasks:
- Fulfill the sales target from the Metro business
- Develop the Shanghai Metro market and new customers
- Increasing the market sharing of SIEMENS product

Competencies:
- Technologies: Have the advanced knowledge of Automation control /Power Distribution electric product and system
- Methodologies: Have the advanced experience approach the head of high end customers
- Methodologies: Have the basic sense to making the right descion in the critical time
- Methodologies: can work with high pressure
- Technologies: Has the advanced working capability of approaching Branch Key Account

Experience:
- Above 5 years sales experience in electirc/ electronic control area
- Good leadership
- Has the working experience in internationl company or big state own company

Education:
- Degree Bachelor or above Preferred University. Preferred Major Electirc
