MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Lead in development sales plan, strategy in the Region.
2.Lead sales team in the region to hit annual sales target.
3.Develop new distribution network that covers the major industrial and automotive markets for tools in China.
4.Managing and visiting distributors on a regular basis for commercial negotiation.
5.Build a sales team can achieve sustainable sales grow and development.
6.Provide sales training to sales persons and channel sales persons.
7.Lead sales team to develop key projects in the region.
8.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelor's degree,major in engineering, marketing or business administration.
2.At least 5 years working experience of sales in hand tools aftermarket.
3.Proficient in ms office and English.
4.Good communication skill in writing and verbally.
5.Sel-motivative and disciplined.
6.Willing to travel and work under pressure.
7.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
