1.了解1P+代销运营模式,在母婴&fashion等女性市场有较为丰富的消费者运营经验,理解市场需求和消费者心理及购物习惯。
1.Know well about 1P+ sales commission mode, be experienced in the operation in market of female customers such as maternal& child and fashion, have good knowledge of market demand, psychology and shopping habits of customers.
2.负责母婴&fashion的消费者运营,负责各个细分行业的内容运营,包括对应行业的项目/活动内容主题策划、创意、传播、新媒体、商家/货品招商、项目/活动线上页面以及线下活动的整合执行。
2.Responsible for the consumer operation of maternal& child and fashion market and the content operation of each subdivided industry, including content and theme planning, creativity, spreading, new media, business/goods investment/ of project/event, integrated execution of online website and offline of project/event.
3.核心的业务KPI是:通过内容有效提高业务的拉新,复购率,转化率、客单价,以及各细分行业关联购买的结果。有效形成业务的增长模式,对行业形成突破性的价值,对于行业的发展形成可沉淀的模式。
3.Core business KPI: increase the new customers, repurchase rate, conversion rate, per customer transaction and the result of complementary buying in subdivided industries; form effective growth pattern of business, bring significant value to the industry, and form accumulative mode of industrial development.
1.本科及以上学历。3—5年以上内容导购类网站、电商行业整合营销专业者优先;俄英文流利,会中文优先。
1.Bachelor Degree and or above. 3- 5 years' experience in content or shopping guide websites practicing or integrated marketing of e-commerce; fluent in Russian and English. Chinese-speaking ability is preferred.
2.有策略思考能力、有项目管理经验带过大型项目优先,对数字/电子商务市场,媒体行业有全局观、前瞻性的理解。
2.Ability of strategic thinking and experience of project management or large-scale projects is preferred. Overall and predictive understanding of digital/e-commerce market and media industry.
3.有良好的团队合作精神及优秀的组织协调能力,责任心强,为人诚实。
3.Good at teamwork, capable in organization and coordination. Highly responsible and honest.
4.出色的沟通能力、业务谈判能力、创意、文案写作。
