Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities：
- Be responsible for establishment external talent pipeline for critical positions mainly in executive level;
- Establish appropriate networks outside Siemens in medical device industry to keep close watch on the talent market movement;
- Build up relationship with target universities and establish potential talent pipeline for sales, R&D and other function;
- Develop creative recruitment solutions to attract and acquire top talents esp. for niche or critical roles;
- Devise or introduce effective evaluation method, assessment tools including testing paper etc to enhance the hiring quality;
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager on Siemens employer brand promotion by analyzing and developing Siemens value proposition and organizing various activities in target talent market;
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment channel evaluation and management;
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager to build team’s capability on candidate sourcing and talent mapping;
- Participate or lead specific project as assigned within recruitment team or across internal HR team.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies):
- Education: Bachelor Degree or above in HR management, Psychology, Business administration or related field
- Experience: around 5 years working experience in recruitment;

Professional Competency:
- Sourcing and interviewing skill
- Project management skill
- Oral, written and interpersonal communication skill both in English and Chinese
