职位描述:
This position is based in Shanghai, reports to Area Manager.
Job objective:
Maintain and develop key accounts incl. GA, NA(Domestic Accounts/Business), MNC; Set up long term partnership with them; Secure their projects
Key responsibilities:
? Manage and maintain GA accounts, improve their sales performance.
? Developing NA(Domestic Accounts/Business) markets, build selling opportunities for those large potential accounts and maintain good relationship with related organization.
? Exposure to channel business (doing business w/dealers) environment.
? Ability to direct/support sales efforts of the dealer to seek out relevant market information and present in a concise understandable format.
? Able to present to peers and customers and solve problems independently.
? Communicate with sales team in alignment of key account development strategy.
? Update key account performance & monitor their operation on track of company requirement.
? Identify and create business opportunities, targeted customers and projects in commercial construction flooring business.
? Prepare and implement account plan and Increase solution selling in commercial carpet tiles.
? Build and maintain good relationship with key person in account and relative influencers to lead continuous business from targeted accounts.
? Secure the sales (direct and indirect) from accounts under tracking.
Personal attributes:
? Professional Education: Bachelor Degree holder or above
? Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in doing business directly with clients
? Outgoing personality with good communications with end users
? Hands-on person who can convincingly demonstrate interior/flooring products and solution
? Thinking outside of the box and look for new challenges all the time
? Team player
? Self-motivated, proactive
? Excellent in English on both written and spoken
Job requirements:
? Able to work with a wide range of people at all levels
? Abel to carry out instructions and willing to learn
? Experience in construction business operation methods and details
? Preferable on key account management background
? Strong collaboration and communication skills in matrix setting
? Strong business development experiences, willing to take challenge
? Excellent command of English and communication skills
? Regular review meetings with customers (projects & products)
? Understand customer organizational structure (& Politics)
? Identify decision makers (what influence their decisions)
? Become their “preferred vendor” & be “specified”
? Reduce Competition OR NO competition (Ideally)
? Be able to further DIFFERENTIATE ourselves (or have an opportunity to do)
? Understand customer’s expansion plan (deploy right resources & time)
? Start working on the project earlier than competition
? Be able to influence the product specifications (RFP or tender)
? Be able to influence customer’s decision
? Direct access to customer rather than going through PMs or Designers or Distributors
? Be able to assist our local Business Managers & distributors to WIN projects
? Maintain profitability & margin for the company & distributors
? PARTNERSHIP (WIN - WIN)
? WIN their TRUST
