Job Functions
? Retailing POS branding management in POS, make sure all the materials comply with Grundfos branding requirement and optimize the display according to the marketing activities
o Grundfos Lisenced Tier 1 ,tier 2 dealers ‘ point of sales in the market
? Work as the trainers to develop the sales force concept selling competence
? Conduct shop promotion activities to help dealer sell-out.
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Improve and maintain the Grundfos lisenced retailing shops and make sure all the materials are well organized and look premium.
? Keep close relationships with the shop owners in the retailing channels.
? Design the shop promotion activities together with sales and shop owners according to the yearly key product target.And conduct the activities in the shop as planned to help dealer sell out and contribute to the long-term sales
? Develop the training process, materials and conduct the training for sales in retailing channels to improve the concept selling competence
? Offer promotion packages in retailing shops including the brochures, display material maintenances, selling points, customer service flow, communication skill with the aim of the product values transfer…&etc.
? Create the end users and shop promoters database
Qualification and Experience
? Degree holder in business, marketing or relevant management major,the merchandising , channel development, sales background preferred
? Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant industry,eg boilers,heat pumps,solars,water heaters ,filters…&etc
? Trainer background or knowledge of retailing channels sales is an added advantage
? Able to communicate with dealers, retailers ,sales and home owners
? Familiar with home appliance business models
Skills and Personal Attributes
? Fluent written and spoken Chinese: Good knowledge of English
? Highly computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? Product and application knowledge. The ability to explain and advice dealers and customers about Grundfos and competitors' RBS products and applications, incl. but not limited to features, range, performance, applicable market segments, standards, installation & maintenance requirements.
? Commercial thinking. The ability to understand the market situation and turn insights into business opportunities for Grundfos and dealer. This includes keeping up to date on local market trends and competitor information and consideration of price/volume trade-offs and profitability for Grundfos and dealer.
? Good presentation skill .The ability to express information, opinions, and key points of an argument clearly; presents in a compelling & engaging way; responds quickly to the needs of an audience and to their reactions and feedback.
? Working with people. The ability to build up good realationships with people effectively by patiently listen to and empathize with them to understand their situation; relates well to people at all levels; build wide and effective networks of contactsA team player able to work with other members to achieve goals of the team
? Persuading and influencing
The ability to gain clear agreements and commitments from others by persuading, convincing, coaching, and negotiating to obtain the desired results; promotes ideas on behalf of oneself and others; makes a strong personal impact on others by actively managing own impression on others.

The ability to plan and execute activities and projects effectively by setting clear objectives, realistic timelines, identifies and organizes resources needed to accomplish tasks, manages time effectively, monitors performance against objectives, milestones and deadlines.

Branding and promotingThe ability to effectively promote and brand Grundfos in the market place through an understanding of customer segmentation, building the Grundfos brand in the eyes of the market, and the marketing mix 4Ps (what products, at what price, in which place/channels, and how best to promote)
