职位描述：
职位责任DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Perform inline and final inspections at the vendor facilities.
？ Work out and perform weekly inspection schedule.
？ Assist merchandiser team to achieve on-time delivery performance & fulfillment of bulk production.
？ Quality issue investigating and solving.
？ Seasonal quality performance analysis and presentation.
？ Ensure internal or external technician teams are trained on necessary processes, procedures and techniques to fulfill the requirements of HUGO BOSS quality guidelines.
？ Oversee the manufacturing process to improve quality through implementation of new technology and machinery.
？ Write travel reports on quality and bulk production with recommendations.

职位要求POSITION/PERSON QUALIFICATIONS:

？ 3 - 5 years solid working experience in related discipline with strong technical background.
？ Excellent knowledge of production process and follow up.
？ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good team player.
？ Work experience in foreign companies as a quality consultant will be a definite advantage.
？ Ability to work independently as well as open minded and to adapt to an multicultural working environment.
？ Willingness to travel within China/Asia(Bangladesh/Vietnam..etc)/Europe.
？ Tertiary education, Degree holder in Knitting Technology or Clothing Disciplines.
？ Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
？ Skilled in MS-office software.
？ Be able to work under pressure.
