职位描述：
职位责任DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a member of Production Management team you will be responsible for implementation and realization of Hugo Boss quality standards in our production companies in China, Vietnam and Indonesia
- Support the technical teams at vendors with technological advices
- Implement specific workmanship and processes in the production and monitor their compliance continuously
- Support the vendor at all quality concerns and problems with focus on efficient and fast solution
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of vendors and define improvement action plans
- Develop technical people at vendor by trainings
- As a regular contact with Production Management team in Germany for coordination and monitoring of all quality and delivery issues

职位要求POSITION/PERSON QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education in Garment technology and/or Quality management
- Working experience in quality management and vendor’s technical training and development
- Solid knowledge of Outdoor garment technology, pattern-, fabrics- and treatment Know-how
- Excellent co-ordination and organizational skills with ability to work in a structured, methodical manner
- Excellent communication skills, leading and motivation ability
- Used to work digital and comprehensive skills in using MS Office
- Embrace change within a growing business and actively work to achieve business requirements and improve processes
- High flexibility for travel in Asia
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Able to speak Mandarin will be helpful. 举报 分享
