3、熟悉SAP系统,确认仓库及报关清关事项
4、记录客户疑问,追踪订单情况
任职要求:
1、性格外向,具有自我发展、自我挑战的主观愿望;
2、每周至少4天,持续6个月
3、相关毕业生/实习生优先考虑,prefer女生;
4、普通话标准、流利,反应灵敏;
5、热爱工作,有较强的抗压能力。

Start on: Beginning of July
Duration:6 months
Location: Shanghai - China
Contract: Internship contract
Time: part-time
Mission
We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our Customer Service team with the mission of supporting the Sales Team around China in order to provide the best service to our customers, which you are able to have the head to toe knowledge about Kering eyewear.
In a fast-paced, start-up environment, the candidate will work in conjunction with different departments here in China and Head Quarter in Italy, playing an active role into Customer Service Supporting Project.
Key Responsibilities
Process the return authorization and feedback to brand ambassador or the clients in time.
Provide immediate action to after sales queries (warranty return/short shipment/missing items, etc.)
Key in the POP order to SAP and sending the outbound delivery notification to the warehouse.
Prepare the document for the customs clearance purpose.
Pick up the ‘no response ' calls and record the queries .
Ideal Candidate
Personality : Detail oriented/Knows how to prioritize tasks/Good communication skills
Languages skills: Fluent in English and Chinese
IT skills: Full working proficiency for Excel/ SAP user experience (preferred)
