职位描述
主要工作职责 Main duties and responsibilities
1. HR Agenda: Align and drive key HR/management process that supports the execution of critical priorities within the organizations supported, such as performance management, compensation management and talent management; Support, coach and develop local sales management team in the delivery of HR policies and processes.;
2. Employee Relationship & Communication: Coaching/advising sales management team on current and upcoming issues in the organization; develop and implement Central region communication plan, create good employee relation and good communication environment by regular engagement survey, town hall meeting, employee activities, etc;
3. To support recruitment project team to improve policies/programs related to recruitment eg. manpower planning, referral program, offer authorization, new-hire report duty;
4. Coach and develop Field HR team to meet KPI of team’s performance by fulfill rate, lead time, recruitment quality, data accuracy in all recruitment system and cost;
5. ER Case and HR Compliance Management: handle ER case such as disciplinary issue and ensure local legal requirements are met;
6. Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross-organizational project work and continuous improvements; Create and maintain strong network within HR community; Build collaborative relationships with HR Share Service Team and CoE to ensure the right level of local HR support;
7. Other task assigned by line manager.
要求Requirements
Education/Experience
1.Bachelor's degree, majoring in Human Resource, Management, Psychology or related discipline
2.At least 8 years working experience in HR related function or HR BP or Manager background
3.Experience in MNC and / or financial field would be an added advantage

1.Open-minded with excellent communication and presentation skill
2.Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under the pressure
3.Independent working capability and highly responsible
4.Fluent spoken and written English
5.Able to work efficiently with senior business leader
