职位描述：
Manager of a team in support of all manufacturing processes. Supports and trains Group Leaders/Team Members in all essential functions and skill sets as required effectively operating and continually improving their processes. Responsible for the work flow in their area of operation. Leads the team in safe and effective execution of production plans using a structured lean work and management system. This includes leading effective response to abnormal conditions, leading problem-solving activities to obtain sustainable standards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in their area.

Job Responsibilities:

 ？ Making, implementing and achieving daily production plan.

？ Managing headcount according to demand and forecast under budget.

？ OTD achieving with 100% and no backlog.

？ Train the shift/line leader to make the team grow up.

？ Communicate and solve production problem with other function team.
与其他功能团队沟通并解决问题。
？ Work shop management 5S control and improvement;
车间5S的管理和提高；
？ Implementing lean production to make continuous improvement.
实施精益生产进行持续改进。
？ Implementing TPM and TQM to sustain a stable and precise production system.
实施TPM和TQM来维持一个稳定和精确的生产系统。
？ Well control for scrap and attrition.
较好控制报废和磨损。
？ Production cost control and find the savings.

? Other duties assigned by the leader.

Requirement:
？ Bachelor’s degree, major in Electronics or Mechatronics.
本科学历，电子或机电一体化专业。
？ At least working as supervisor 5 years and good experience for people management;
5年以上制造业相关职位经验。
？ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
优秀的英文口头和书面沟通技巧。
？ Highly analytical thought.
高度分析思考能力。
？ Team work spirit and good at communication.
具有团队合作精神并善于沟通。
？ Familiar with Lean implementation.
熟悉精益实施。
？ Familiar with ERP system.
