Job Functions
? Support both internal/external customers for less complex project/products’ inqueries and Identify opportunities for external sales.

Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Provide customer service by identifying the customers needs on any level of their buying process
? Make sure that the customer experiences a high quality phone service
? The Front Office is the first point of customer contact via phone, email. The FO Responsible creates less complex quotations online or create RFQ to track customer request and assign RFQ to a coordinator who will dispatch it to respective Back Office employee.
? Handle customer inqueries within the defined Service Level Agreement
? Identify Account – if not recognised via CRM Telephony Integration
? Through a line of questions quickly identify the customer needs, gather required information and formalise the request within the SAP CRM One Office system
? Ensure immediate action by solving the request, Create a RFQ for later follow up or assign more complex RFQ to One Office Coordinator
? Manage the list of ”My RFQs” in CRM and follow up on Quotations
? Apply discounts, offers, special conditions including credit limits and pricing conditions according to defined sales policy

Qualification and Experience

? Bachelor Degree in Engineering is preferred
? 3+ years working experience in technical supporting or quotation related supporting
? Be able to manage less complex technical application queries
? Understanding of business relationships within our customers business
? Basic CRM knowledge within the related work area
