职位描述:
This position is based in Shenzhen, reports to Area Manager.
Job objective:
To promote Interface products in local designer fields, develop and support dealer with proper training and technical knowledge, maintain and support GA and NA in Central China market, support dealer in key projects to meet the target assigned, collect and analyze market information including competitors’.
Key responsibilities:
1. Daily and regularly visit local designer firms, promote Interface products and increase Interface market awareness;
2. Support dealers’ sales person in following local projects;
3. Enforce training for sales persons;
4. New product launch to designer firms and dealers;
5. Bridge communication between Interface and dealers;
6. Cooperate with marketing dept. to implement the local market activities;
7. Manage dealers’ activities in promoting Interface brand and products in local market;
8. Fulfill the reports and CRM updates on time;
9. Collect competitor information in local market and make suggestions on measures to be taken;
10. Maintain and service the GA and NA;
11. Represent interface deal with local complaints and customer service;
12. Increase the effectiveness of the sales person and meet the sales target;
13. Develop and maintain a good cooperation model with dealer in local market to efficiently promote Interface.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in designing, sales, or marketing
2. 5+ years working experiences of sales, of which 2+ years in the relevant industry such as flooring, MNC experience a plus
3. Good understanding of technical literature (technical drawings, technical recommendations, technical standards, technical specifications, test report etc.)
4. Reasonable English, both in written and verbally
5. Sound computer skills; good presentation skills
