职位描述:
This position is based in Beijing, reports to Area Manager.
Job objective:
To promote Interface and to build up and maintain relationship with Architecture and Design Institutes. To ensure achievement of sales volume.

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop key account, improve their sales performance;
2. Exposure to channel business (doing business w/dealers) environment;
3. Ability to direct/support sales efforts of the dealer to seek out relevant market information and present in concise understandable format;
4. Able to present to peers and customers and solve problems independently;
5. Communicate with sales team in alignment of key account development strategy;
6. Update key account performance & monitor their operation on track of company requirement;
7. Identify and create business opportunities, targeted customers and projects in commercial construction flooring business;
8. Prepare and implement account plan and increase solution selling in commercial carpet tiles;
9. Build and maintain good relationship with key person in account and relative influencers to lead continuous business from targeted accounts;
10. Secure the sales (direct and indirect) from accounts under tracking

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business, sales, architecture/design or related fields
2. 3+ years working experiences, solid working experiences in sales & marketing field preferred
3. Good understanding of technical literature (technical drawings, technical recommendations, technical standards, technical specifications, test report etc.)
4. Good command of English, both in written and verbally
5. Sound computer skills; good presentation skills
