Job Functions
? Assist in early design phases of domestic water & drainage and heating system for individual home and apartment in retailing channel and projects
o Installation company, decoration company, system integrators, home owners and contractors
? Offer technical pump solutions with the aim of creating attractive solutions to solve the customer pain points and win in the sales
? Conduct training the technical and sales from the business partners, Eg.installation Company and feedback the market demands during the trainings.
? Maintain close link to BD and internal operation team by regular meetings
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Supporting the Sales Team by providing product, application and process support in domestic water supply & drainage and heating area
? Supporting the Sales Team by providing CAD design and drawings for proposal/tender preparation
? Support the Sales Team in product knowledge & system solution training, or seminars, developing the training sales tools
? Create the technical engineer and installers database
Qualification and Experience
? Degree holder in water supplier & drainage or HVAC background preferred
? Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant industry,eg boilers,heat pumps,solars,water heaters ,filters…&etc
? Able to carry out detailed design of water supply & drainage and heating system. additional background or knowledge of retailing channels sales is an added advantage
? Able to communicate with designers, contractors,sales and home owners
? Familiar with Water Treatment standards and procedures
Skills and Personal Attributes
? Fluent written and spoken Chinese: Good knowledge of English
? Highly computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, working knowledge of AutoCAD
? Product and application knowledge.The ability to explain and advice dealers and customers about Grundfos and competitors' RBS products and applications, incl. but not limited to features, range, performance, applicable market segments, standards, installation & maintenance requirements.
? Good presentation skill .The ability to express information, opinions, and key points of an argument clearly; presents in a compelling & engaging way; responds quickly to the needs of an audience and to their reactions and feedback.
? Working with people. The ability to build up good realationships with people effectively by patiently listen to and empathize with them to understand their situation; relates well to people at all levels; build wide and effective networks of contactsA team player able to work with other members to achieve goals of the team
? Planning and organizing. The ability to plan and execute activities and projects effectively by setting clear objectives, realistic timelines, identifies and organizes resources needed to accomplish tasks, manages time effectively, monitors performance against objectives, milestones and deadlines.
? Drive for results. The ability to picture the desired result and work backwards from here to remove all obstacles along the way; which includes a high level of self-motivation and drive, persistence and sense of responsibility; and willingness to confront others standing in the way of achieving the result.
? Learning ability & self awareness. The ability to be curious about self, others and other things. This covers reflection and analysis of own strength and weaknesss as basis for own development as well as taking accountability for own development.
