Job Summary :
The main responsibilities are to take charge of assembly process, productivity and quality improvement in assembly line.
He/she can get self-fulfillment & make a great contribution to company management through optimization of manufacturing line & production system.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
? Process design/Layout design and set-up
? Tooling and production equipment
? Work instruction ( Assembly instruction sheet )
? Standard time Set-up
? M-BOM, Routing
? Pilot production try-out
? Shop floor continuous improvement planning
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
? Business oriented person with at least 3 years experience in heavy industry
? Experience in manufacturing engineering or R&D preferred
Personal Qualifications
? Overall knowledge for manufacturing engineering (process design, improvement, quality improvement)
? Overall knowledge for technical field (drawing reading, jig & fixture design, machine, hydraulic, electric/electronic etc)
? Skills Available for 3-D, 2-D CAD knowledge
? Excellent problem solving ability in the process of production activities
? Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
? Good character & high competence
? Developed analytic ability and trouble shooter
? Good communication skills Good computer skills (Ms-office)PLC and electric knowledge is must for electric focusing position
? Possess core competencies
? Education College /university or above, major in Engineering ,mechanical or electric engineering
? Sound English skills both written and spoken
