职位描述：

Job Responsiblitities:

1. Support to retail stores' daily operation, follow up with goods/product transfer, store maintenance, customer complaints handling;

2. Retail staff uniform arrangement and control;

3. SOP & operation manual update

4. SAP system handling and retail staff information input and maintenance;

5. Coordinate with shopping mall to ensure retail store's smooth operation;

6. Assist retail stores to follow various activities such as promotion, new arrival launching, VM guildlines & so on;

7. Assist to sales & KPI reports analysis.

Essential Requirements:

1. 3 years relevant working experience in supporting Retail Operations or Sales Admin;

2. Good knowledge for retail system, understanding of retail operations and basic merchandising principles;

3. High sense of responsibility, be detailed and patient;

4. Ability to handle multi-task;

5. Colleague degree or above;

6. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, good English skill;

7. Good communication & interpersonal skills;

8. Familiar with SAP system is plus.
