岗位职责：
1. Communicating local engineering needs to IT personnel for the development, installation, and testing activities requirements for ECN coordination, ProE, and Intralink working with Hesston coach and design control sites.
2. Assist in new product development and joint engineering process systems with the combine engineering team at Yanzhou including coordination assistance of CAD systems requirements between Yanzhou and other company sites to interface between engineers and product requirements.
3.Engineering and design responsibilities for harvesting machinery using ProE for the development work of parts, both mechanical and electrical, with a focus on but not limited to one harvesting functional machine area.
4.Harvesting machine base support as required for production and prototypes.
5.Field test travel as required for product understanding, testing, and product development needs.
6.Other tasks assigned by Yanzhou engineering manager.
职位要求：
1. Position is based in Yanzhou China. Employee must be self-motivated and ready to join a team based environment. Ability to travel as needed to other design and testing sites. Must be able to obtain a Passport for overseas travel as required.
2. Strong engineering skill sets are required for an individual who is a willing worker. Have strong computer skills, detail oriented, good communication skills in English and Chinese are a necessity to work on local and world-wide design teams.
3. Combine experience/background required to aid in development of agricultural equipment and new design processes.
4. Proficient in Pro-E, Intralink and other 3-D CAD systems. E3 or similar software experience is desirable. Experience with drafting, and revision control processes required.
5. 4 year Bachelors degree or equivalent in Agricultural, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
6. Min 5 years of design or industrial engineering experience with agricultural harvesting equipment.
7. Excellent English and Chinese language skills with a focus on technical engineering terms.
