2. 在顾问指导下，根据客户要求，运用各种途径有效的寻找合适的候选人，与候选人建立长期联系；
任职要求：
1、大学本科在读及以上学历，优秀可放宽至大专，专业不限；
2、对人力资源/咨询行业有兴趣，愿意在此领域长期发展；
3、性格开朗，擅长与人沟通，熟悉office软件；
4、较强的抗压能力和挫折承受能力，能适应快节奏的工作方式。
