Job Title：Hydraulic Engineer
Location：Linyi, China
Report to ：Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Job Summary
The major areas covered are to develop and manage manufacturing process & work standards and tools, to prepare and implement pilot production for new products, to manage manufacturing standards (M-BOM, Work standards, Standard time, Routing)

Key/Primary Responsibilities:
Preparation and pilot production of new products
-Process design
-Tooling and production equipment
-Layout design and set-up
-Work instruction ( Assembly instruction sheet )
-Standard time Set-up
-Pilot production try-out
Investment planning and implementation
Management of M-BOM, Routing and Standard time
Shop floor improvement planning and implementation
Productivity /Quality / Lead time / Safety & environmental care
ECN management

Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
1.Background with Bachelor Degree (BA) at least(Hydraulic engineering or Industrial engineering)
2.Background with at least 2 years experience in the manufacturing engineering field (wheel loader priority)
Personal Qualifications
Knowledge
1.Knowledge on technical aspects ( Wheel loader Assembly Engineering, Hydraulic)
2.Ability of understanding of production machinery (tooling, handling equipment, assembly equipment and product process)
3.Overall knowledge for the flow production system (JIT, L/T, 5S, etc)
Skills
1.Ability of design with CAD , tool design and making specification for production equipment
2.Ability of PC controlling skills
3.Communication and interpersonal skills
4.Ability of problem solving and analysis
5.No restriction for overseas business trips
Education
Bachelor degree in industrial engineering
Languages Requirement
Sound English skills both written and spoken.
