QA Manager （欧美独资大型工程建筑设备制造商，组建自己的团队，要求英语熟练）
工作地点：山东临沂
Job Summary:
By improving continuously quality and making quality system world class focusing on customers’ requirements, to supply customers with the most competitive and best quality products in the world.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
？ Quality Planning
l Establish quality targets and following them up
l Improve quality system
l Operate quality council
？ Quality Process Technique
l Control new product quality including pilot products & QI test
l Field Quality Follow-up
l Support CST & Sales on customers’ complaints
l In-process quality control
l Execute receiving inspection
l Operate MRB(Material Review Board) to dispose line rejected parts
？ Product Quality Control
l Inspect final products and execute pre delivery inspection and delivery inspection
l Audit final product
l Calibrate inspection gages and instruments
l Conduct field quality audit and depot machines inspection
？ Supplier Quality Control
l Evaluate suppliers
l Initial Parts Approval & Parts audits for purchasing parts
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
？ Experiences working as a manger in Quality or relevant fields in the construction equipment or related industries
？ Safety & environment.
Personal Qualifications
Knowledge
？ Knowledge on product quality and quality system
？ Knowledge of process management, quality improvement and ISO development
？ Knowledge of production control, material management, purchasing, Quality and R&D.
Skills
？ Highly developed communication skills, in both written and spoken English
？ Skill in cross-functional collaboration
？ Strong motivation, leadership and integrity
？ Broad-minded, quick learner, proactive.
？ Well organized, patient, customer-oriented..
Education
？ Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields or equivalent
Languages
？ Chinese (Mandarin), mother tongue.
？ Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
