Key/Primary Responsibilities:
1. Prod. Planning of company operation management.
- Short term / long term planning of production
- Control inventory of plant .
2. Communicate with Sales & Marketing frequently , hold S&OP meeting by monthly
3. Shipment to customer management
- Perform ATP ( available to promise) to sales company and / or dealer
- In charge of delivery performance of ex-work from plant .
4 . New production introduction
- Responsible for new production launching in plant
- Coordinate with internal / external dept. for new production pilot / mass production
5. Familiar with PMC ( production & material control ) management , be familiar with MRP production system and process .
6 .Good analysis skills regarding production capacity, manpower capacity .HC requirement .
7 .Crisis management of production abnormal situation which brings changes, responsible for coordination with all departments, ensure production running smoothly.
8.Performance management
-Coaching and mentoring subordinates for improved performance ,responsible for developing subordinates

Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
-with at least 3 or 5 years' experience in Production planning manager .

Personal Qualifications
-Rigorous logic;
-Strong project management ability, has strong logic analysis ability and the ability to solve problems
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
-Bachelor degree or above, prefer F/I . engineering, supply chain, logistic educational background
Languages Requirement
Be proficient at English speaking and written.
