Assembly Supervisor (山东临沂)欧美公司,大型工程建筑制造商,有良好的薪资福利待遇和晋升前景
Job Summary:
To manage the daily production of assembly team to achieve production target (Quality, Delivery, and Cost); initiate and take lead in improvement projects; educate team members in both motivation and technical skills.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
l Proper work allocation to team members, educate workers to ensure correct assembly method and procedures.
l Defining and implementing work standard for assembly and make sure all team members meet the standards in efficiency, quality and safety.
l Daily production management to achieve production target.
l Decide department work plan, guide employees, and motivate employees to implement the plan and achieve the goal.
l Solve any possible problems in production. Make sure the whole team works consistently to solve the problem.
l Ensure all team members have regular and effective Safety training and are complying with PPE and safety rules.
l Based on the company appraisal system and work standard for assembly, conduct the performance appraisal of team members objectively and fairly. And give feedback result to team members.
l Help underperformance employees define improvement plan and target, implement the plan and gives timely appraisal.
l Report the progress and problems in production to higher management.
l Be responsible for the application, distribution and maintenance of tools, PPE, changed components, standard work instruction.
l Act as the bridge between management and workers to ensure proper and timely information sharing and feedback.
l Improve workers’ morale and help workers to solve practical problems.
l Communicate the Volvo Way and values to employees.
l Handle other work assigned by Assembly Line Manager
l People and process development time accounts for at least 50% of the working time
l General authorization
1) Reject defective products
2) Refused to violate the rules of safe operation of the task
3) Report security incidents in time
4) Report disciplinary actions in time
Make improvement plan for the team and assist to push different kinds of activities, including 5S, automatic maintenance, suggestion, improving contest etc.

l With at least 3 years experience in related field
