职位描述：
Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
1.Assist in preparation of pre-contract cost estimates.
协助编制合同前的造价估算；
2.Assist in tender preparation and tender documentation.
协助招标准备工作及招标文件编制；
3.Assist in tendering process and tender evaluation.
协助招标工作的进行及评标工作；
4.Assist in post contract administration – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report.
协助造价合同管理：合同文件、进度款估价、变更估算及造价控制报告；
5.Assistant in finalization of project final accounts.
协助完成项目最终结算。
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
1.Basic technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
具备计量、成本估算、施工技术、合同与法律方面的基本技术知识；
2.Understand and be familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
理解并熟悉专业惯例与合同管理程序；
3.Able to work as a team player
具有团队合作精神；
4.Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized universities HVAC- Bachelor degree with major in HVAC/Building Environment and Facilities Engineering /Water Supply;Electrical –Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering and Automation/Automation;
认可院校的机电工程或相关专业的本科或大专毕业；
暖通 - 供热通风与空调工程/建筑环境与设备工程/给排水等专业学士毕业；
电气 - 电气工程及其自动化/自动化等专业学士毕业；
5.Diploma holders with 2 to 3 years relevant M&E QS experience
大专以上学历，2-3年机电QS相关工作经验。
