Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: Sr. Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. 产线设备改造和优化；
2. 维保产线设备正常运行；
3. 与其他部门沟通并合作；
4. 制定维保计划和工作指引；
5. 统计备件消耗，简历备件库存管理；
6. 培训维修工程师和技术员；
7. 协助工程技术部门安装调试新设备；
8. 监控设备运行状态并优化；
9. 执行安全操作，确保有关人员工作中正确佩戴劳保用品；
10. 参加公司环境与安全组织并推进相关工作。
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. 本科或以上学历，主修机电一体化/自动化控制专业；
2. 10年以上设备维护工作经验，其中5年或以上团队管理经验，有外企工作经验者优先；
3. 能够对设备进行维修保养方面工作；
4. 熟悉TPM体系流程并能为此付之实际行动；
5. 熟悉质量管理流程；
6. 精通电气控制管理，机械结构原理，机加工要求；
7. 能领导并管理团队快速解决设备故障；
8. 有效管理备件工作；
9. 能计划并实施维修节约成本项目；
10. 能分析OEE数据并制定改善措施提高OEE；
11. 良好EHS相关工作经验并能对设备在安全方面进行持续改善；
12. 熟悉使用办公软件，能做好设备管理系统相关改善及报告；
13. 熟练使用机械制图软件；
14. 英语4级以上，听说读写能力强；
15. 诚实，合作、积极，性格开朗，易于沟通，能在高压下工作。
