职位描述：
Job Objectives：
To make a measureable and qualitative contribution to the growth of the Interface business through the pro-active delivery of a professional collaborative product and interior design support service to key specifiers – by creating uniquely inspirational customer engagements in-person and by working with the Interface sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities：
1. Day to day management of the Shanghai office and show space to make it ready for customer visits and presentations.
2. Work closely with Studio Coordinator (and Conept Designers) for design work
3. Support design team to tailored flooring and product design solutions for projects to specifiers
4. Utilize and maintain the Backstage and ViR digital imaging software and system
5. Maintain the quality and image of the studio within agreed budgets; regular update of samples & marketing collateral within the space to meet client needs.
6. Supporting the sales team in the delivery and communication of design related issues;
7. Communicate the key Interface messages to the design community locally.
8. Support the marketing team in the delivery of internal and external events.

Job Qualifications：
1. Thinking outside of the box and look for new challenges and opportunities at all times
2. Team player – highly collaborative working style
3. Good time and task management skills
4. ‘Can do’ attitude
5. Minimum bachelor degree standard qualification in Interior, Textile or other relevant design discipline
6. Solid working experience in design roles, directly connected to the interiors market
7. Good understanding of the architectural products specification and supply process
8. Ability to understand technical literature (technical drawings, technical recommendations, technical standards, technical specifications, test reports etc)
9. Excellent presentations skills – one to one and group.
10. Computer literate, including design related software skills (CAD, Photoshop & Illustrator). MS Office-suite
11. Good command of English skill in listening , speaking, and writing is a plus.
