职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team’s capabilities
Lead and supervise technical implementation in whole life-cycle of project delivery
Work with project manager to manage technical risk in project execution
Work with project Manager to clarify technical issues
Work with PM for scope management, including WBS development
Coach and develop other project engineers
Cost reduction through process & manufacturing improvement, and through development of reusable engineering or engineering standard
Work closely with PM to achieve customer acceptance. Demonstrate application & technical expertise to achieve repeat order in account and retain customer satisfaction.


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Degree.
More than 5 years automation solution execution experience.
Very strong experience in Drive System Application.
Expertise and knowledge in PLC, Drive, Motion and HMI.
Expertise and knowledge in metal forming will be a plus.
Expertise and knowledge in connected enterprise (MES, PEMS and RAMS) will be a plus.
Self-motivated and good team work.
Good self-learning skill of new products and new application
Bilingual language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. 举报 分享
