职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Fully responsible for the company’s sourcing function
? Leading in formulation and implementation of strategic sourcing strategy to support product category development
? Supplier and ODM/OEM sourcing, management and development
? Enrich team knowledge in skincare/cosmetic packaging trends from competitor and supplier market
? Perform cost and scenario analysis for the best purchase decision
? Conduct intensive negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best terms of purchase
? Lead continuous cost reduction program for maintaining competitive costing
? Close collaboration with internal departments including Regulatory, Quality, R&D and Marketing to align with suppliers for sourcing projects
? Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
? Lead and develop sourcing team
Requirements:
? University graduate in related disciplines
? Proven 8 years or above sourcing experience in skincare/cosmetic industry
? Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
? Strong project management and leadership skills
? Proactive, sensitive to figures, strong analytical & time management skill
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills, independent and able to work under pressure
? Well versed in MS Word, Excel and powerpoint
? Good command of English and Chinese is fundamental
? Frequent travel
Annual estimated workload:
? Skincare product: 12 brands; 300 sku
? Inner packaging: Lipbalm component, tube, bottle, jar and pumps; 20 sets of component mold development; 100 new artwork decorations
? Outer packaging: 150 new artwork decorations on paper
