Mandatory:
? 8-10 years R&D experiences in wood waterborne coatings for China wood Industry
? Knowledge of formulating technology for furniture waterborne products
? Knowledge of performance tests and equipment for the wood Industry
? Proficient in speaking and writing English
? Ability to relocate to the Qingdao city
? At least BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Optional:
? Strong relationship with multinational and local WB raw material suppliers
? Formulation experience in water-based UV for furniture
? Familiar with wood Industry customer’s requests about products
? working experience in multinational company
? Experience in managing a small team
