1、 管理MT区域团队执行工作；
2、 设定销售团队KPI目标，并跟踪、回顾KPI完成情况；
3、 管理、分配资源完成销量目标并提升ROI;
4、 完成全国KA团队生意计划所要求的执行目标；
5、 拜访KA客户区域总部，制定相关生意发展计划并追踪执行；
6、 与销售主管协访关键门店并提供相应的培训；
