职位描述：
岗位职责：
· Support to organize regional public course by well coordinating with project owner to prepare curriculum plan
· Assist in promoting in south region by communicating with various functional sales persons
· Logistic arrangements comprising of venue booking, materials preparation, trainer flight and accommodation arrangement, etc. Coordinate with salesperson and provide on-site support to audiences.
· Communicating with audience about forecast program per annual curriculum plan
·Supports to organize regional marketing event through well communicating with marketing team regarding objective of the event. Well collaborate local sales leader and sales person regarding the status of customers’ invitation. Provide to project owner, marketing team and other stakeholders with necessary information about the event (words, photos, comments of audiences etc.)
·Operate hotline
·Deliver monthly performance report and sales forecast report of South RMS Team
·Maintain internal sales system and manage database
·Routine affairs in field of internal sales to exert supports to sales

任职要求：
·Bachelor degree in Admin or related business administration major would be preferred
· 1-2 years sale support working experience
· Good communication and coordination skill
· Quick learner, detail oriented, high responsibilities for assignments
·Familiar with Microsoft office operation skill in Excel, Word, PPT
