Key Deliverables
Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of all orders
Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes
Provide world class Customer Support for HPS customers
Responsibilities:
Siebel / SAP Booking
Create Sales order in SAP for job booking
Create SR / Agreement in Siebel for booking
Communicate with cross function for new customer creation ; Siebel account synchronization. etc
Generate reports to support leadership on booking
Billing
Issue invoices timely per the instruction of Project Manager
Amend the invoice if required by Project Manager or customer
Apply for letter of guarantee per contract payment term
Purchasing
Place purchase requisition in SAP both for internal and external material and work with sourcing team to follow up PO status
Expedite the order according to the project required schedule
Follow up shipment and do goods receiving in SAP for drop shipment PO
Coordinate with the PM and supply chain on the delivery schedule to the site
Prepare Purchasing requisition for 3rd party material
Project Service Request management
Create Service Request in Siebel for the request from Internal and External customer and assign to right function
Follow up SR resolution
Skills

Self motivated with good communication skills
Strong team player with positive outlook
Proven organisational and self-motivation abilities
Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in various countries
Has a hands on approach
Interpersonal skills
Oral & written communication at all levels
English Fluent
Other Asia languages a plus
Knowledge
Understands how different functions within his/her own organisation interrelate to each other
Understands and is familiar with the Honeywell values
Understands the importance of health and safety in the workplace
Knowledge of Siebel/SAP/Epsf/Oracle
Good standard of ability with Microsoft Office applications
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with order management expertise
Must have completed Post Secondary education
Experience working in a multi discipline team
SAP experience.
Contract view, ording experience. 2 years experience.
English skill , communication skill
