As Digital & Technology Operations Consultant, the person will be working closely with district offices to develop our dealer operational, sales and solution capabilities to make customers more successful leveraging digital, technologies, data and analytics.
The main responsibilities will include:
? Support district and dealers to improve dealer foundational capabilities in digital & technologies areas.
? Support district and dealer to develop dealer digital roadmap, including vision statement (To-Be state), critical initiatives, and prioritized project list or action plan.
? Champion the digital business model generation and validation methodology. Work with district and dealer to develop the end-to-end digital solution business model.
? Work with dealer that has proven D&T business model, to develop D&T Business Plan. Including: Market opportunity, Measure of Success, Strategy Initiatives, R&R, Financial impact, and Governance plan.
? Support Verticals & M&D in Digital initiatives/projects deployment, by providing the regional priority, requirement and driving consensus on deployment plan.
? The person will also work closely with Industry Technology Teams and Marketing & Digital teams.
Required Qualifications:
? Candidates should have a degree in either: marketing, business, IT, Information, Engineering or equivalent.
? Advanced marketing or sales experience gained from 6-9 years minimum in a broad range of field-based assignments.
? Previous dealer interaction experience.
? Cross functional exposure to the areas of either: digital, technology, marketing or strategy.
? Strong, proven interpersonal skills including public presentation proficiency and a demonstrated ability to earn trust and credibility with senior dealer management teams.
? Proven ability to effectively work with all hierarchy levels, develop and mentor personnel, and persuade others internally and externally to ensure relentless execution.
? Advanced understanding and proven ability on the fundamentals of Marketing.
