Position highlight:
HEMA, health economic and market access, is a very innovative and strategic role. It is one of critical bond between business and market access. This position is open for diversified background candidate not limited in Market Access.
Position Description:
Effective to set the optimization of market access strategy and pricing at launch and throughout the lifecycle is one of the most complex and challenging responsibilities. It is critical to help achieve the market leadership vision of the company. The candidate should have good understanding of the business, marketing, strategic marketing, market access, pricing and reimbursement landscape and policy environment. This person will identify market access strategies and lead value proposition development that will enhance patient access to the right therapy at the right time by the right patient. HEMA manager will cover health economic evidence generation plan and implementation to enhance the access evidence.
Key responsibilities include:
? Maximize the access and commercial value for both for new launches and in-line products.
o Develop the pricing and market access strategy and roadmap for new launches to optimize the launch excellence;
o Identify market access opportunities and develop strategies to maximize the patient access for innovative products for in lines;
o Lead market research or consulting projects on pricing and market access;
? Lead value proposition and dossier development;
o Lead the value proposition and dossier developments to match the market access strategies;
o Identify the data gap, develop the data generation plan and implement the health economic, RWE and budget impact analysis;
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
? 5+ years’ work experience in commercial or market access experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related consulting firm;
? Good sense of the market access, pricing and reimbursement landscape and policy environment, have experience in marketing, strategic marketing, market access planning, pricing, policy analysis to strategy imperatives, cost effective/budget impact analysis, value proposition development, dossier preparation, market research in pricing and marketing;
? Leadership and collaborative skills, mature in communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with multi levels of cross functions;
? Logical thinking in prioritization and analytical skills;
? Bachelor’s Degree above in Healthcare/Health Economics discipline;
? Excellent written and oral English communication skills and competence with key software programs;
Work Environment:
? This position will be based in the Beijing Headquarter and requires significant interaction and collaboration with other functions (Strategic Marketing, China R&D, New Product Launch Excellence teams, business units, and Regional/Global MAnGA teams etc.)
