Developing and carrying out plans to maximize online sales across all ecommerce channels, driving the development and execution of all online business initiatives; along with our customer service, warehouse and merchandising operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities主要职责:
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of E-Commerce, will know how to get business done and sees the big picture. Candidates should be highly motivated, dependable, and have a desire to take ownership of their duties to help the company grow and succeed. The responsibilities include developing and carrying out plans to maximize online sales across all ecommerce channels, driving the development and execution of all online business initiatives; along with our customer service, warehouse and merchandising operations.
1. Based on the integrate the E-marketplace(TMall, JD.COM and brand standalone eShop) to decide related products released, promotion mechanism planning, guideline of visual design and prepare related contents/wordings. Manage product details (PIC, price, size, material ,selling point etc.) and indicate or check 3rd party vendor to do on and off shelf activates.
2. Supervise, steer and direct Lacoste 3rd party eShop design/operation agency, to manage them on regular contents switch, campaign landing page design, E-Newsletter design, Add-hoc banner design, etc., and manage agency to on-shelves and off-shelves products on all eShops based on product launch plan.
3. To be responsible for LACOSTE ECOM channel SS and FW products buy, based on the guideline from merchandising team, historical sales data of ECOM and your own fashion taste to decide the buy.
4. To be responsible to generate/create editorial contents about fashion trends, total looks, couple looks, occasion looks etc., and keep on posting related info thru SNS channel.(Weitao, Wechat)
5. Keep a close relationship with JD.com Lacoste account manager to leverage more free marketing resource from their side.
6. Day to day contact for eCommerce vendors (i.e. system solution, customer care, warehouse, design, search, email)
7. Analysis of e-commerce sales, site performance, email campaigns and marketing programs.
8. Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, email database growth and behavior, marketing programs such as search, content, and email marketing programs (segmentation) and performance to maximize online sales
Main skills, competencies and knowledge required主要技能、能力及知识要求:
1. Bachelor degree above in relevant major
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in an E-Commerce outsourcing service industry as a management role.
3. Combines basic business management skills with a knowledge of Internet-based computer applications.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
5. Possesses strong analytical ability coupled with creative problem solving skills
6. Can communicate clearly and effectively in Chinese and English.
7. Fashion editor or Product merchandiser is preferable.
