职位描述：

Purpose of the job:

l Financial performance analysis and planning of GSC China, ensure the timely and accurate financial information sharing with GSC China management team for decision making

l Lead the finance platform to improve the process, and provide accurate financial information and analysis to clusters and entities for business decision

l Interaction with GSC global, Business Unit and Operations to exchange financial information

l Strengthen the internal control and compliance level of entities

l Optimize IPO cost expenditure

l Develop the competency level of GSC China finance team on GSC controlling knowledge

Job responsibilities:

Performance Measurement and Financial Planning

l Review and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual internal financial reports and scorecard of GSC China

l Organize and plan the actual, business review and forecast of GSC China on financial part

l Support management team to prepare relevant analysis and presentation for leadership discussions and reviews, and other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team

l Feedback and coordinate with Cluster Finance Directors to resolve business and process issues;

l Drive finance systems (HFM, AOC, etc.) improvement, and optimize planning and budgeting processes through active interaction with cross function teams and global level

l Give the instruction on financial performance measurement to clusters, functions and plants.

Finance Platform for Clusters and Entities

l Define and secure the global processes for FP&A and costing functions for clusters and entities (Calendar, Quality recommendations…)

l Continuous improvement - Drive process & tools optimization and standardization (in line with rules / processes as per Group policy). Secure best practice sharing by closely connecting with all region platform and GSC central FP&A

l Strive for Customer satisfaction within the standard framework defined for the platform

l Develop, organize and deliver financial training courses in tools, processes and standards for people concerned memory

l Support all entity/cluster finance team deliver timely analysis and ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting

Interaction with GSC global, Business Unit and China Operation

l Review and analyze GSC China CCO (Consolidated contribution) result and communicate with the stakeholders

l Review TP/CSC of GSC China and make the communication with the stakeholders

l STAR selection coordination and cost follow up

l GSC China financial performance sharing with the stakeholders

l Coordinate within GSC China for all financial requests from GSC

GSC China Internal Control and Compliance

l Oversee internal controls within GSC China, insuring compliance with group policies and external rules and regulations, especially for Key Internal Controls are closely followed with no actions overdue.

GSC China IPO cost and Finance IPO projects

l Review with IPO, GSC China BPO to optimize IPO cost expenditure and support GSC China management team make the decision on IPO cost through the analysia

l Seek the opportunity and support finance IPO projects to Improve the working efficiency via system solution

People Development

l Build up a finance talent pool of GSC China finance and bring the technical expertise in all FP&A subjects

l Make the development plan for the team and define the successor for key roles

Professional Experience:

1. 8 years experience in progressive controlling or accounting roles

2. Strong conceptual and analytical skills

3. Experience in team development and performance

4. Track record of successful project management and team experience

5. 3 years management experience

6. Strategic and result oriented

Education background:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

2. MBA or CPA certificate a plus

Others:

Language: Good English in Oral and Writing

Computer: Well in office software (word, excel, PPT)
