Mandatory:
More than 10 years technical experiences in wood coatings for China wood Industry
Knowledge of formulating technology for furniture and flooring products
Knowledge of performance tests and equipment for the wood Industry
Proficient in speaking and writing English
Assist to assort commercial team to launch new product, has marketing sense
At least BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Optional:
Strong relationship with multinational and local raw material suppliers
Formulation experience in water-based for furniture
Familiar with wood Industry customer's requests about products
working experience in multinational company
Experience in managing a small team
